Located just outside Aviemore, one of Scotland’s most popular destinations for outdoor enthusiasts. This holiday cottage features an outdoor sauna that is sure to make those long Winter nights extra cosy whilst on holiday.
Lower Milton Cottage is perfectly situated off any main roads, in fact, there is no road access, just a pedestrian path to drive down to get to the cottage. The location offers peace, quiet and an abundance of wildlife. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to Lochan Mor – The Lily Loch. We thought it would be perfect for those who enjoy the benefits of hot and cold water therapy. Knowing the hot sauna is waiting for you back at the holiday cottage just might make that dip a little more bearable! After you time in the sauna, cosy up next to the wood burning stove inside and enjoy surrounding dark skies and sounds of night owls.
Upon entering Lower Milton Cottage, you will immediately notice the exquisite style and comfort that permeates every corner of the property. The cottage has been thoughtfully designed, with each element telling its own unique design story.

Or choose the large L shaped sofa to enjoy some well deserved rest. We have binoculars for wildlife viewing, board games and a fantastic selection of books if you’re interested in a digital detox. But those who want to click on the television, you can enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV.
Head upstairs for the spacious bathroom with a tub perfectly placed under the large velux window to enjoy the views while you soak. Then retreat into the fabulously styled ivy drenched bedroom for a lovely night’s rest under the stars – enjoying yet another skylight window.
