Elopements and Weddings at Hidden Highland Retreats
If you would like any help creating and planning your elopement, we work exclusively with Wide Sky Weddings – a local wedding planner who will ensure that your day is wonderful from start to finish. They can recommend and organise the extras you may require such as flowers, food, photography and more.
Wide Sky Weddings and Hidden Highland Retreats Elopement Packages:
The Wide Sky Weddings Sumptuous Highland Elopement Package – £750
Starting from the moment of confirming the accommodation booking, this service is very much about the journey, and not just the destination. I will work with the couple from the very start to help them plan their perfect Highland elopement. This service includes all of the following:
- An initial consultation to discuss ideas.
- Advice about the relevant documents and processes needed to legally marry in Scotland. (Please note however, it is the couple’s responsibility to do the necessary paperwork themselves)
- Sourcing up to 5 suppliers.
- All supplier liaison and management.
- Support throughout the planning process via email and phone during office hours.
- Production of a detailed wedding day plan for everyone involved on the day.
- On the day management for up to 8 hours, during which I’ll be the main point of contact for all suppliers to ensure a perfect elopement wedding.
I can act as a witness should the couple request it.
Wide Sky Weddings Exquisite Highland Elopement Package – £450
This package is for a couple who want a very simple, intimate Highland weddings and just require a helping hand. I will assist with the following.
I will;
- Source a photographer and florist.
- Oversee all supplier liaison during the 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
- Support in the final planning stages via email from 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
- Production of a wedding day plan for everyone involved.
- Attendance on the day for up to 3 hours, during which time I will be the main point of contact for the suppliers.
- I can act as a witness should the couple request it.
Any additional services can be requested, and I will happily help out at an additional hourly rate of £35.
Any couple requiring additional guests and/or a marquee should be given a bespoke price.
*A note on permission: Although you can legally be married anywhere outdoors in Scotland, you must first gain the permissions of the landowner. To marry anywhere on Rothiemurchus Estate, you must obtain their permission to do so. Please email groups@rothie.net to organise this.
